We’re here for the men who aren’t quite ready for therapy but know something needs to change. Through coaching, mindset strategies, connection, and movement, we guide men to strengthen their mental clarity, physical health, and social resilience.

Pete has spent over 20 years as a personal trainer and fitness leader, managing large-scale operations and helping people achieve physical transformation. But it wasn’t until life threw its own challenges his way that he truly understood how much more men need than just a training plan.

In recent years, Pete faced a steep decline in his own health, battling persistent lower back pain, ongoing stress, and periods of depression that left him feeling stuck and disconnected. Through his own process of healing, integrating movement, nutrition, time in nature, and meaningful connection—he discovered a way to rebuild his strength from the inside out.

Now, Pete is committed to being the kind of role model he once needed. He’s on the path to becoming a psychologist, blending decades of physical training experience with a growing knowledge of mental wellbeing. His mission is simple but powerful: to help other men reduce their reliance on medication where appropriate, and reclaim their health, mindset, and identity, on their own terms.

Keegan brings five years of personal training experience, a strong background in boxing and sport, and an infectious energy that lifts everyone around him. Young, driven, and deeply relatable, Keegan knows what it means to struggle silently, and what it takes to rise again.

Behind the confidence is a young man who’s faced self-doubt, anxiety, and depression head-on. For Keegan, the breakthrough didn’t come from a textbook, it came from movement, solid mates, and simple, consistent habits that helped him shift his mindset and reclaim his sense of purpose.

Now, Keegan is driven to show the next generation of men that they’re not alone, and that there are other options. His goal is to be the kind of role model he once needed: strong, honest, and willing to share what actually works.
